Objective

Institution-based cross-sectional study.
Setting
Hospitals in the Amhara Region, Northwest Ethiopia.
Participants
A total of 640 HCWs, with a response rate of 96.9%, participated from 1 October to 30 December 2022. A multistage stratified random sampling technique with proportional allocation was used to recruit study participants.
